MIKE BARNETT
MANAGING DIRECTOR & FOUNDER
Mike has been involved in the service industry all of his professional life. Combined with a mechanical engineering background, Mike has extensive knowledge in the water industry, from pump operations to the installation and maintenance of fittings and valves.
People are the centre of the business – whether it is the Tank Health team or the client. Mike’s aim is to deliver the highest standards of service, reporting and safety at every opportunity. Solution-focused, Mike is readily available to help clients in any way he can.

IAN MCGREGOR
BUSINESS DEVLEOPMENT MANAGER
Ian has had a lifetime of operating within the service industry, the last twenty years specifically in the water tank sector.
​
As a technical sales manager Ian has been involved in the installation and service of water storage tanks for potable water, waste water, rain water capture
and fire protection. Ian brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in the standards required to service and maintain your critical water storage assets.
Ian has a strong focus on customer service and is readily available to assist existing customers and new customers alike.
MATT FULTON
HEAD TECHNICIAN
Matt has been overseeing the installation of steel tanks for over 5 years and has over a decade of
experience in the water industry.
Matt has installed tanks across the country, from round potable water tanks to open roof waste treatment tanks for the wine industry to stainless steel panel tanks for fire sprinkler systems.
Matt is highly experienced in the installation of valves and fittings and holds qualifications in confined space, gas detection and working at heights.

ABOUT US:
Where it all began
Tank Health is a division of Precise Water Services Limited (PWS). PWS was established in 2014 after
purchasing Precise Irrigation Limited, founded in 2001.
The business has been involved in water
infrastructure since it inception and has a wealth of knowledge in the delivery and storage of water.
PWS has been constructing steel storage tanks for over a decade, so it truly understands how tanks
should be built, maintained and kept compliant.

Tank Health has a team of highly trained and experienced staff that work across New Zealand. Our staff have the experience and ability to inspect and make specialist repairs to most tank systems.
Our staff are trained and experienced in confined spaces and gas detection, working at heights, rope access and mobile elevated work platforms (MEWP), allowing us to tackle any job.
HOW WE DO IT:
Underwater Drone
‘A picture is worth a thousand words’
Our underwater drone allows us to inspect tanks without draining down the water. This is the safest
and most cost-effective, and most efficient method to verify the internal condition of the tank, liner
and fittings.
Aerial Drone
An aerial drone is used to inspect the roof structures and pipework that would otherwise be
inaccessible. The more information we can gather during the inspection process allows our clients to
have a better understanding of the condition of their assets.
